ECG Evaluation in Patients with Pneumothorax Admitted to the Emergency Department: A Three years Analysis

Objective: Pneumothorax is one of the life-threatening differential diagnoses patients presenting to emergency department (ED) with shortness breath and chest pain. Results: 109 (74.1 %) had traumatic pneumothorax, 38 (25.8%) spontaneous (p <0.001). 21 (55.2%) cases are primary 64.6% (n=95) two groups similar terms age, hemoglobin level, GCS, number days followed, gender smoking status, (p> 0.05).
